Caption: The extensive underground stone quarries at Corsham were acquired in 1938 as bomb-proof depots, and by 1943 the Central Ammunition Depot was the largest in the world. The artist Olga Lehmann was commissioned to decorate the canteen with murals. This one depicts an Eskimo scene.
