Stereo view of the college, which was founded by Sir George Tomkyns Chesney in 1870. It was used to train engineers for the Indian Public Works department. Courses included forestry and mathematics and applied mechanics. The College closed in 1906 when it became a private residence. It is now the Runnymede campus for Brunel University.
