Pictured are two windmills in Nottinghamshire in 1934. The nearer mill is a post mill and was in a poor state of preservation by the time this picture was taken. In the background is Weston Windmill, a mid 19th-century tower mill. Although this mill seems in better condition there were no sails attached to its cap at this time.
